Transfer Credit Evaluations

How to view your Credit Evaluation/Academic Requirements Report:

If you are an accepted/admitted student, please follow the instructions you received in your Acceptance Materials. If you have been accepted and have paid your deposit you can check your individual transfer credit evaluation through our PAWS system by using the Academic Requirements Report. Once logged into PAWS, you should go to you the Advising Tools tab. Once you are in the Advising Tools tab you should select Academic Requirements Report.

The Academic Requirements Report is a tool designed to track a student’s progress toward graduation. The report lists the curricular requirements for your degree, requirements that have not been met, and requirements that have been completed. Familiarize yourself with this tool as it will be extremely helpful during your time here at The College of New Jersey.

This report is based on the official transcript that we currently have on file.  If you are currently enrolled at a college, it will be your responsibility to have a final transcript sent directly to the Office of Admissions as soon as you have successfully completed the semester or your degree.  If you expect to receive an Associate Degree from a NJ community college by the end of the term, you must submit your final transcript with your A.A. or A.S. degree posted.  Once we receive your final transcript, the Office of Records and Registration will update your Academic Requirements Report to reflect the total number of credits transferred and the remaining courses needed to complete your degree.

If you have any questions about your Academic Requirements Report, please contact the academic evaluator assigned to your major. For the contact information for the Academic Evaluations Team, visit: https://advisingresources.tcnj.edu/team/
